PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
AKtion Toys uses a secure third party payment service provider. We do not store any card details on our website. Our payment service provider gives our customers the ability to pay for their orders using a number of different payment methods, such as VISA and Mastercard. Please check the full range of payment options at checkout and select the one you prefer.
We do not offer an type of non-credit card based credit facilities, such as Klarna, at the moment. This is something we hope to offer our customers in the future.
We reserve the right to use a range of delivery partners for transporting your order to the address you provide at checkout. We currently use a combination of Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, DPD and Yodel. Each of our delivery partners provide tracking information, which we will share with you where practical. Some of our delivery partners provide their own independent notification services for our customers to know the day and in some cases, the timeframe during that day, the delivery will occur. We encourage all our customers to take advantage of this excellent service where appropriate to make the delivery of our orders to you as efficient and pleasing as possible.

We rely upon our delivery partners to deliver your order in a timely and safe manner. Unfortunately no delivery service is perfect all the time and we understand there can be problems. The first step in all cases is to check the tracking information on the delivery partner's website using the appropriate details in the section above when trying to understand where your order is. If this does not provide sufficient information, such as "awaiting collection" or "delivered to a neighbour", we would advise contacting the delivery partner using their customer contact/help process, having the tracking number and delivery address available. Our delivery partners are more happy to speak with the recipient and help locate the parcel, as they are dealing directly with the addressee rather than us, the original sender. In most cases this will result in a quick and satisfactory resolution, as they have all the necessary routing information available that we do not have access to.
However, we do understand this does not always result in an efficient resolution and we are most willing to help. If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from your purchase date please contact us using the "Contact us" link at the bottom of this page. We will contact our delivery partner, so an investigation can be undertaken and a resolution obtained. If we contact the delivery partner they normally respond within 48 hours with a confirmation of investigation or an initial update. We will endeavour to resolve any missing deliveries as soon as practically possible.
